    1. Safety Patrol:
    1. Female Staff's Safety Patrol (Monthly)

      Possibly this is unprecedented in Taiwan and the main reason to promote the female staff's safety patrol is to make good use of the female's careful thought and observation to dig out in-plant hazards.

      So far, many defect items have been raised for improvement since Sept. 15, 2004.

    4. General Managers/Vice Presidents and President's Safety Patrol (Semi-annually)

    2. Diagnosis and Improvement of Potential Hazards (Risk Assessment and Control)

    3. TBM(TOOL BOX MEETING)& self asking-answering & Pointing-Recognizing-Yelling & Improvement precognition



    4. Exploration and elimination of the Near-Misses Incident (Procedure):
  • Near-Miss Record
    1. Working unit report Near-Miss incident according to real situation.
    2. The completeness of Near-Miss improvement is verified by Safety Department.
    3. Flow: Incident Report → Factors Analysis → Countermeasures → Safety Department → Verification.


  • 5. Promotion of "GIANT " Competition

    "GIANT" is the similar pronunciation of combined three Chinese characters which represent cleanness, safety and specific target.

    6. Promotion of Healthier Staff (Quarterly, 3 terms in total)
