The two-tone pre-painted steel sheet produced through special method by using high workable paint is characterized by its vivid color, smooth and bright surface, and high workability.

Baroque color steel sheet, a combination of special roller embossing technique and high-tech polyester (PE) topcoat, has been recently developed by Sheng Yu Steel Co., Ltd. as a series of newly-patented prepainted products. Similar to the uneven appearance of PVC laminated or embossed PVC-coated color sheet steel, Baroque color sheet steel yet outperforms in the weather resistance (The sunshine makes PVC coated products apt to discolor or reduce the gloss) and is free from producing air pollution caused by toxicant solvent vaporization. In addition, the most significant aspect is that when Baroque color sheet steel is recycled after use, no pollution problem will ensue while when PVC laminated or embossed color steel is recycled, Dioxin shall be produced. Baroque represents the new generation of patented steel products, not only provided with pleasant embossing appearance but also environmental friendliness (Patent Certificate No.: 167056). The heat-release pre-painted steel sheet, coated with special coating and produced in a special manufacturing process, applies its unique function to efficiently emission outside the heat, that is the radiate electric wave generated by the electricity current on the electric board inside the closed appliances, in order to keep these machines operating well.

When the anti-dirt prepainted steel sheet produced by using special paint is exposed in outdoors, it demonstrated not only better weatherproof than normal PE and SMP coated steel sheets. But also its dense paint coating can prevent even the finest dirt particles from bonding to its surface. As a result, dirt particles remain loose on the surface and washed away with rainfall, thus preventing dirt staining and elongating life of panel. It is suitable specially for using as roofing and siding in dirt environments, such as polluted industry areas, residential and commercial areas with more dirt.

Single side prepainted anti-fingerprint galvanized steel sheet that adopts special coating and manufacturing process is mainly used for computer cases. In addition to reducing the environmental pollution during paint spraying process of traditional painting after the case is formed, it can also reduce the production cost of end users. The single side lacquer coating is characterized by the low surface electric resistance and anti-fingerprint galvanized ability on the side without coating, while the lacquer-coated side still has good quality and high forming ability.

The anti-static prepainted steel sheet produced by using special anti-static paint has a surface electric resistance between 106~109Ω /□. Its anti-static effect may prevent the semi-conductor electronic components from static damage and attachment of powder dust. It can be used in working places requiring anti-static, clean and dust free environments, such as partition board for clean rooms of semi-conductor electronic companies.

Antiseptic prepainted steel sheet coated with special antiseptic coating can develop excellent antiseptic and mold resistant effects to bacteria and mold like O-157 colon bacillus, yellow staphylococcus, colon bacillus, MRSA, black mold, blue mold, cloud nest mold and so on. It can be used in partition boards for foodstuff factories, pharmaceutical factories, medical institutions, and in kitchen equipment and other related household appliances.

Heat-resistant prepainted steel sheets, able to endure in high temperature environment (300℃ x 500hr), can be used as top plates of gas ovens and external shells of various appliances which require high temperature resistance.

Used Outdoors

The whiteboard coated with special coating is produced through special manufacturing process. It not only possesses high quality and flatness, it is also good for writing, erasing, and writing endurance. Its "erasability" is especially better than normal whiteboards available on the market. It leaves no marks after wiping. It is suitable as a teaching board in schools, extension classes, and recording boards for companies and households.
