By salt spray test according to JISZ2371, 55% alloy-coated steel sheet is 10
times stronger than GI sheet.

Acid Rain [PH 5.6>] Resistance is tested by Sulfurous Acid[JIS-H8502] and
55% alloy-coated steel sheet is 6~8 times stronger than GI sheet.

Humidity Test [Temperature 50ºC, Humidity 95%] proves that 55% alloy-coated
steel sheet is 5~6 times stronger than GI sheet.

55% alloy-coated steel sheet has 80% Aluminum in terms of volume, therefore,
it has similar heat resistance as Aluminized sheet.
Can be used under 300~350ºC heat.

Project type electrode should be used.
Welding current, welding cycle and welding pressure should be set a little bit higher.
For Arc welding, recommend to use JISZ3211.

| 8. | Q: | Heat Reflection? |

Alloy crystal surface reflects that 70~75% which is 5~6 times higher than conventional
asbestos roof.
Good for oven toaster and other electric appliance where heat reflection is important.
When 55% alloy-coated steel sheet is used for chicken house, egg production will be
increased by several %.
