It is frequent to see customers designate the purchase of SYSCO's resin steel sheets (referring to PVC resin). Nevertheless, because of the problems of environmental protection and durability, SYSCO has not produced PVC resin steel sheets.

　　It was due to the poor fire resistance of PVC film contained in resin steel sheets, as well as such problems of PVC film, like easy to fade, easy to become extinct, easy to have the film unglued, air pollution out of plasticizer, … etc. When the steel sheets were going to be recycled, the PVC paint film on the surface would cause dioxin in the burning process, and thus create air pollution to the environment.

　　Therefore, SYSCO launched the pre-painted steel sheets of the new generation -- the colored printed steel sheets and the embossed leather-imprint steel sheets, which are of environmental protection products with beautiful appearance and high durability. These products are produced by adding a three-dimensional sense to the traditional two-dimensional steel sheets.

　　The coating film is thicker than that of normal pre-painted steel sheets. Its fire resistance is especially good. The added friction-resistant and anti-UV ingredients enable the steel sheets to be applied to different purposes inside and outside the buildings, such as the external walls of buildings, the partitions indoors, the doors of households, and so on. The steel sheets can also produce highly glossy mirror surface, and a three-dimensional high-quality sense on the surface of products. Hence, they are extensively used for the high-class home-use electrical appliances and information appliances, such as the doorplates of refrigerators, microwaves, 3C products … etc.

　　As to the embossed leather-imprint steel sheet, their coating film is also thicker than that of general pre-painted steel sheets. Its surface is the same as the plain surface of PVC layer or the uneven surface of PVC pre-painted embossed steel sheets. Besides, according to the needs of products, the coating can be added with different special functions, such as anti-static, antibacterial, or dustproof … and so on.
